2013 National League of Cities (NLC) Application Process Outline and Timetable for Committee, Council and Panel Positions Now Open

If you are interested in applying for either a leader position (chair or vice chair) or to serve on one of the standing committees/councils, please find attached information to do so. Also, attached is the general working outline and timetable regarding the application process.

The process for 2013 is very similar to last year. The only key difference is that this year the applications will be – online applications. The online application process will enable NLC to summarize the applicant data more efficiently. There will again be two applications: one for applying for a leader position (chair and vice chair) and the other for applying to serve as a member of one of the standing committees/councils. The attached document details the deadline for each application.
